Rufus trainer, Dirk Tysinger, has been extremely important in Rufus' development.  I was fortunate to find a trainer who believes in socialization, positive reinforcement, and knows that all dogs should not be trained in the same manner.  Primarily due to Dirk's knowledge and expertise, Rufus grew confident and proud. 

Rufus is quite unique for a mastiff in that he scrunches himself  through the tunnel with confidence.......

goes over the A-Frame,  jumps through the tire, and can also leap over 5 jumps in a row which demonstrates excellent balance and control.  You will not find many mastiffs out there today that could  even attempt agility maneuvers like those that Rufus has mastered.
